Overview
The Kairan is a dark, cinematic action-adventure set in a feudal Japanese-inspired world of storm-lit shores, overgrown ruins, and shadowed caverns — developed in-house at Mantavyam Studios. You play as a lone ronin, wandering a broken post-disaster landscape where shipwrecks rot on forgotten coastlines and ancient structures crumble back into the earth.
What We Built
Every environment, combat mechanic, and atmospheric detail was crafted by our in-house team to evoke the haunting beauty of Ghost of Tsushima fused with the grim survival tension of The Last of Us. Rain-soaked lighting, ultra-realistic concept art, and immersive sound design place you deep inside a world on the edge of collapse.
